Terms of Service

This is a personal/private-use application ("the App") built to automate the analysis and scheduling of video posts on a single TikTok account controlled by the App's own developer/operator. The App is not distributed to third parties nor offered as a public service.

1. Service description

The App reads video files from a local directory, uses the Google Gemini API to generate a caption and hashtag suggestions based on the video content, and then uses the official TikTok API (Content Posting API) to schedule that video's publication on the operator's authorized TikTok account, subject to manual review and approval before any publication.

2. Authorization and use of the TikTok account

The App only accesses the TikTok account that the operator explicitly authorizes via the official TikTok for Developers OAuth2 flow. No other account is accessed. The operator may revoke this authorization at any time directly from their TikTok account settings.

3. Operator responsibilities

The operator is solely responsible for the content published, for that content's compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines, and for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to the video content used.

4. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator assumes full responsibility for use of the App and for any resulting publications.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the version published on this page is always the one in effect.
